I make small batch artisan sourdough bread, baguettes & pizza dough and other baked good such as soft pretzels.
I've been making sourdough bread and other baked goods for my friends and family for years and always received great feedback, so I decided to share what I make with everyone!
I love the process of making something from, virtually, nothing. The idea that flour, water and salt can be combined in such a way that it makes delicious bread that's also healthy, is amazing!
